do I become an Investor Member?
As a Free Member, you will receive
property alerts by Email. You are under no obligation to pay anything
until you decide to become an Investor Member.
As an Investor Member, you will
receive the following:
- First Priority on all properties, some of which go so quickly,
they never reach our web site.
- Once you have become an Investor, you will be informed of new
opportunities prior to our free members.
- A buy-to-let Mortgage Agreement In Principle arranged for you
by a qualified third party mortgage advisor. This will ensure
that you are able to arrange a mortgage in advance, to purchase
your investment property.
- Each month we send you a Property Investors Newsletter containing
lots of articles and excellent ideas, tips and advice on the property
business.
The cost of becoming an Investor
Member is:
- A Registration Fee of £295 in VAT.
Your investment property purchase
charges are:
- An Arrangement Fee on all Investment properties that you purchase,
ranging from between 1.5 % to 2.25 % + VAT (varies between UK
and overseas developments)

List Price of £150,000:
When we help you
to arrange a buy-to-let mortgage, you will become the owner of a
property with Instant Equity of almost £19,000
When you take into account your annual Registration fee of £295
inc VAT, you have an immediate gain on your first property of over
£18,000.
If we assume a cautious 5% increase in property values over the
next year, your profit will be over £25,500. Projected forward
(compound), this would grow to in
excess of £60,000 in five years.
Clearly if this system is duplicated, the profit will be significant.
The above example is based on a negotiated discount of 15%
