The strategy that works So how does this system work?. The system
works by volume purchasing property and negotiating a significant
bulk discount from developers that otherwise could not be achieved
individually.
Our purchasing system will allow you to purchase good quality properties in good areas of the UK and overseas at 10-25% below market prices. Often property developments will be offered with a build programme 12-24 months from completion. This will provide additional growth potential capturing any additional capital growth during the building period. So lets imagine you have purchased a property with a build programme of 12 months. You have a 10-25% discount off the market price, with an immediate equity profit. On completion you will have the option to sell the property and therefore take your profit. Alternatively you may wish to consider letting the property and therefore take a medium to longer term view, and build up your own property portfolio. The above business model works, and is working for many investors and ordinary people. We believe this concept if done professionally and with the same proven methods, will allow the fortunes of personal wealth to be available to many. The concept of buying property and perhaps letting out is of course
